Terms and Conditions
Following the submission of an online booking, an invoice will be issued to the applicant’s nominated email address.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of receiving the invoice to secure your booking.
Fieldwork excursions are priced at $25 per student, including GST.
A minimum charge of $750 applies to each booking. This is equivalent of 30 students - if fewer than 30 students attend, this minimum charge still applies.
Activity group sizes will vary depending on total cohort size. We aim to provide one (1) Peak Pursuits staff member per 20 students and request that schools supply at least one (1) supervising teacher per activity group.
Within ten (10) working days of the deposit payment being processed, Peak Pursuits will deliver the following to the nominated email address:
A minimum of five (5) comprehensively resourced lessons
A summative assessment task
An accompanying marking guide for the assessment task
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we will always endeavour to work with you should any adjustments to your booking be required.
Please note that if a cancellation is made within ten (10) working days of the scheduled fieldwork trip, full charges will still apply.
In the event that weather forecasts leading up to the fieldwork day predict adverse conditions, we will liaise with you to discuss the best course of action and explore alternative arrangements where possible.
